A dedicated account manager looks after every meter, contract and supplier on your portfolio — electricity, gas, water, broadband, card machines and insurance. We monitor renewal dates, validate every invoice, resolve supplier disputes, and re-tender contracts before they expire so you never roll onto out-of-contract rates.
Do I get a single point of contact for all my utilities?
Yes. One UK-based account manager handles every query across electricity, gas, water, telecoms, card payments, insurance and refunds — no call centres, no ticket queues. Email or phone your account manager direct and we deal with the suppliers on your behalf.
How does ongoing bill validation work?
We check every business energy bill, water bill and telecoms invoice line-by-line against your agreed contract rates, meter reads and standing charges. Overcharges, estimated reads and incorrect VAT or CCL rates are flagged and recovered automatically.
Do you handle supplier disputes and complaints?
Yes — billing errors, incorrect change-of-tenancy, faulty meters, objection blocks on switches, debt disputes, COT and COS issues. We escalate to supplier complaints teams, the Energy Ombudsman or CCWater on your behalf at no extra cost.
Is there a charge for customer support and account management?
No. Customer support, bill validation, renewal management, dispute handling and re-tendering are all included free for any client whose contracts we arrange. We're paid a standard commission by the winning supplier — nothing comes out of your pocket.
Will you remind me before contracts renew?
Yes. Every contract end date is tracked in our renewal calendar and we contact you 3–6 months ahead with a fresh whole-of-market comparison, so you always switch on time and avoid expensive deemed or rollover tariffs.
