Trade effluent charges are calculated on volume and strength. Wrong banding, incorrect Mogden formula inputs or double-counting of volumes all create refunds. We re-calculate every effluent charge.
Out-of-contract & back-billing breaches
If you were rolled onto default rates or hit with a back-bill older than Ofwat guidance allows, the excess is reclaimable. We check every transition and recovery period for regulator compliance.
